Here, we dive deeper into the details of your project. This is where we help you start to put your project together. We will talk about what’s possible, what your must-haves are, your like-to-haves, and your expectations for the project. We will also help establish an initial budget for the design phase.
3. Design and Visualization
This step of the process involves establishing a design that suits you! We work with you to select your finishes, create 3D renderings, draft permit-ready drawings, and define a clear scope of work.
4. Proposal & Pre-Construction
No more vague estimates! Now that we have a clear and established design package, we can give you a fixed price proposal and avoid those pesky change orders! Once approved by you, we will develop a schedule and handle permits and coordination.
5. Construction and Daily Updates
We prep your home for the work with dust barriers, floor protection and wall protection. Our professional team of trades will bring the design to life and keep your home organized and livable. You’ll receive daily updates with photos and detailed breakdowns of what’s happening!
6. Final Walkthrough and Warranty
We walk through the entire project with you and ensure everything is right! We create a punchlist together and finish all of the last touch-ups before we hand your space back. Your 2 year warranty covers you top to bottom for peace of mind!
