1. Consultation
The first step in the renovation journey is to have an initial consultation. This is where we can get to know what you and the wants and needs for your new space. We will discuss how long previous projects similar to yours have taken and what the financial investment was. This will give us a solid foundation and will help us determine if we are a good fit for one another.
2. Site Visit and Design
After we have determined if we are good fit for each other, we will meet you in your home and further discuss the details of your project. Here we can start to refine your personalized plan and approximate investment needed to complete your project
This would also be the stage that we can introduce an interior designer to help you design a unique and beautiful space. We always recommend using a designer as it removes a lot of pressure from you.
3. Personalized Quote
After all of the details and finishes are selected, we can put together a quote that is specific to your project. We need to know all of the details before this can happen because we want to avoid additional costs throughout the project. Our quotes are a fixed price and you can be rest assured that without changes to the scope of work, there won't be any surprise invoices at the end!
4. Build Time
This is where your long awaited dream comes to life. Our team of professionals will get your home ready for the renovation with proper site protection and dust control. We will start by carefully demolishing your old space so we can start building your new one on a clean slate. We only use qualified and insured sub-contractors and have a close knit team of friendly professionals that are dedicated to their craft.
5. Clean Up and Aftercare
After all of the construction has finished and the final inspection is complete. Your home will be cleaned thoroughly and left cleaner than when we arrived. We offer professional cleaning as part of our service.
After our crews have left your home, your aftercare programs kicks in. We strive to deliver exceptional post-construction care of your space. This means that if touch-ups are required, you bump the wall while furnishing your space, or need assistance with maintaining your space, we are there to get it done!
